Terms of Use
Last updated: 28 September 2026
1. Who we are
Audiominutes is a public webcasting service provided by Comquat Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 08437490).
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of the Audiominutes website (www.audiominutes.com), the Audiominutes apps and the webcasting service. If your organisation has an agreement with us, that agreement governs the service we provide to it, and takes precedence over these terms wherever the two differ. How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy.
3. Using Audiominutes
You must use Audiominutes lawfully and only for the purposes it is provided for. You must not try to use an account or system you are not authorised to use, interfere with the service or its security, or use it to publish anything unlawful.
If you have an account, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used them. Your organisation decides who has an account.
4. Meeting content
Recordings, agendas and transcripts of a meeting belong to the authority that holds it. We stream, host and archive them on the authority's behalf. The authority decides what is published, and remains responsible for the content of its meetings.
5. YouTube
Audiominutes uses YouTube API Services. If your authority connects its YouTube channel to Audiominutes, Audiominutes can stream the authority's meetings live to that channel and upload its recordings there. By using these features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (opens in a new tab). What we access and store when a channel is connected is set out in section 12 of our privacy policy.
6. Availability
We work to keep Audiominutes available and reliable, but we cannot promise that the website or the service will always be uninterrupted or free from errors. Any commitments we make about the service are set out in your organisation's agreement with us.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Our liability to an organisation for the service is as set out in its agreement with us.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@audiominutes.com or +44 (0) 1223 944305.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
